This gorgeous color blocking Jazzy Fringe Necklace is called “Jazzy” to describe its bright, colourful, and attractive nature. I hand rolled the shades of blue, yellow, green, salmon, copper, ecru and gold cotton yarns together to create a colour blocking design on the necklace.
