Sink + Soak creates handmade soaps, bath bombs, lotions and more all from natural healthy ingredients made in wine country, Livermore, California.
Their soaps are made using a cold processed method. In their shop, you will find artisan soaps, vegan soaps, natural soaps, fun scented soaps and other bath products. Their handmade goods are made in small batches to ensure freshness and many are made to order.
Made in their kitchen, these handcrafted, cold processed soaps are Dorothy Lewis’s, Sink + Soap’s owner, passion. Nature, desserts, coffee, teas and aromatherapy inspire her and she aims to turn bath time into your own personal spa and sanctuary… and that’s exactly what her soaps did for us!
Eve’s Review
My roommate, Anna, and I didn’t want to unwrap the soaps because of how cute they were, but then we got another whiff of their scents, and immediately had the urges to shower! Ha! I was testing the Lemon Herbal Infusion Soap and Anna was using the Lavender Oatmeal Soap… yes, we both LOVE my job!
Made with skin loving oils of coconut, palm, olive, castor, and shea butter, my soap had the most refreshing smell and was astoundingly soft and smooth. It left my legs silky and the smell was perfectly strong.
Anna said her Lavender Oatmeal was “the best smelling soap” she’s used in ages! Thinking the same as me, she said the “design of the soaps and the care behind packaging only adds to the feeling that the soap I’m using is happy, healthy, and great for my skin!”
Both as gifts and to ensure personal pampering, we would both absolutely recommend Sink + Soak’s products!
Emily’s Review
I was also excited to try Sink + Soak’s soaps! Although, I love aromas and natural scents, I was a little worried the soaps would be a little too fragrant for me. However, once I unwrapped them and got them in my spa, I mean shower, I was pleasantly surprised.
The first soap I tried was the Lemongrass + Coconut Soap. The coconut scent was relaxing, while the citrus scent of the lemongrass and herbs was refreshing. This soap works into a nice creamy lather so I decided I would also use it to shave my legs! My legs were left feeling so smooth and hydrated! This bar is disappearing rapidly in my shower. I have a feeling my husband is sampling it too!
The second soap I tried was the Energizing Yuzu and Orange Soap. I was admiring the layers of soap on this bar, but what I didn’t realize until I started using it was the top section is exfoliating! The citrus makes it the perfect rise and shine soap. And there was a bonus…I could ever so faintly smell it on my skin the entire day!
Now that I have tried these artisan soaps, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to my boring old bar of Dove soap. It is such an easy and inexpensive way to treat myself! With a toddler running around, I take full advantage of all the “spa” time I can get!
